RULES OF THE LASHILÉ BEAUTY & POHÉSIA COMPETITION

Article 1 - Organization of the Competition

Organizing company: Lashilé Beauty, whose head office is located at 148 TRAVERSE DE LA MARTINE – BAT B2 - 13011 MARSEILLE, is organizing a free competition with no obligation to purchase, in partnership with Pohésia, accessible on the website https://pohesia.com/ from February 16, 2025 to February 20, 2025 inclusive.

Article 2 - Conditions of Participation

Participation in this competition is open to any adult natural person residing in mainland France (including Corsica).

Article 3 - Terms of Participation

To participate, each participant must:

• Subscribe to the Lashilé or Pohésia Whatsapp Club by clicking on the newsletter and sending a registration message to the brand's whatsapp account: "I am participating in the competition and joining the whatsapp club"
• Agree to receive Whatsapp communications from the two partner brands: Lashilé Beauty or Pohésia.

Any incomplete or incorrect registration will not be taken into account. Only one participation per person (same name, same email address) is allowed.

Article 4 - Designation of Winners

A random draw will be held on February 21, 2025 , from all valid entries registered during the competition period. Each brand will designate a winner from the new opt-in registrations collected. The winners will be contacted by email within ten days of the draw.

Article 5 - Allocation

There will be 2 winners.

Each winner will receive:

• 100€ voucher on the Lashilé Beauty website https://www.lashilebeauty.com/
• 100€ voucher on the Pohésia website: https://pohesia.com/

Vouchers are valid for 2 months from the date of issue and are not exchangeable, refundable or transferable. No request for extension or substitution can be made.

Article 6 - Award of Lots

The winners will be informed by email of the terms of delivery of their prizes. The prizes will be sent electronically. Lashilé Beauty and Pohésia cannot be held responsible in the event of non-delivery of the prizes due to an error in the contact details provided by the participant.

Article 7 - Use of Personal Data

The information collected is intended for Lashilé Beauty and Pohésia for the purposes of organizing the competition and sending their Whatsapp communication. In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 relating to the protection of personal data, participants have the right at any time to access, rectify, delete personal information concerning them, as well as the possibility of opposing the processing of this data. For any request, you can go directly to the Lashilé Beauty website [privacy policy URL] and to the Pohésia website [privacy policy URL].

Article 8 - Liability

Lashilé Beauty and Pohésia reserve the right to shorten, extend, modify or cancel this competition in the event of force majeure or events beyond their control. They cannot be held liable for this.

Article 9 - Disputes and Claims

These rules are subject to French law. To be taken into account, any disputes relating to the competition must be made by written request to the address of Lashilé Beauty at 148 Traverse de la Martine – BAT B2 – 13011 MARSEILLE. In the event of a persistent disagreement, and after an attempt to find an amicable solution, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts.

Article 10 - Acceptance of the Regulations

Participation in this competition implies full and complete acceptance of these rules by the participants.
